Quantiphi assessed the existing GA4 setup, identified gaps in the current implementation, and leveraged Google Cloud’s best practices to update the system.
To ensure the seamless recording of data, GA4 was integrated with BigQuery.
Quantiphi performed audits and fixes on Looker Studio dashboards and collaborated with Outrigger to brainstorm and implement KPIs on Looker Studio.

Results

Quantiphi assessed and audited Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 setup.
The system was curated to support the ingestion of accurate data into BigQuery.
Through custom KPIs and reports on Looker Studio, Outrigger can now generate reports on actionable insights, enabling improved tracking of user journeys on their website.
