The client is one of the largest care providers in Canada & their major patient cohort comprises frail elderly patients. They wanted to modernize their existing customer facing application by implementing an easier way for patients to interact with the app and solve their queries faster.
Quantiphi built an AI-powered Healthcare chatbot which provides holistic support to patients with features such as setting reminders for medicine, diet, & exercise and recommending care plans, and products to patients using patient & RPM data. The bot is also capable of solving patient queries within the app & scheduling appointments with doctors & caregivers. The solution works on a constant learning loop that uses real-time patient metrics to keep on improving recommendations based on what is and isn’t working for patients.
