The customer was using various third-party tools to interact with their customers and activate marketing campaigns. However, it became challenging to track the performance of these campaigns with multiple tools in use. The customer reached out to Quantiphi to get a unified view of its customer data from different source systems in a single place and build a platform that can be referred to as a single source of truth.
Using data architecture techniques, Quantiphi built a data warehouse platform that condensed data and made it analysis-ready. Real-time data visualization dashboards were also designed for each department.
