The client is a globally leading US based recruiting agency. The client had disparate data sources spread across various website analytics, CRM, internal databases, marketing and campaign, and their enterprise data warehouse. They needed a one-stop solution for their marketing efforts and strategies to unify data and provide a consolidated view of candidates.
Quantiphi built a robust, future-proof Marketing Data Warehouse by leveraging GCP, helping the client build unique profiles of job seekers including their names, email, and phone numbers. The created records were then exported to the Salesforce environment by implementing Bi-Directional Integration. This data was then used again to perform customer profiling and segmentation to group customers based on specific attributes for further analysis.
Quantiphi built a marketing data warehouse to provide a unified view of the client’s customers and created an automated pipeline for dashboards and reports, hence enabling them to make AI/ML-driven business decisions.
