MARLBOROUGH, MASS. - Quantiphi, an award-winning, AI-first digital engineering company today announced Saurabh Mishra, Quantiphi’s Global Leader in Google Cloud Channel Business, has been recognized by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, for leading with diversity, equity and inclusion.
Mishra, who leads global business for the Google Cloud Channel, said he is honored to be recognized in CRN’s inaugural 2023 Inclusive Channel Leaders list.
“To me, inclusion can be measured in various aspects, but most importantly is the ability to identify, acknowledge, and mitigate different forms of bias, including unconscious bias,” Mishra said.
Mishra has spearheaded multiple initiatives to promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within Quantiphi. An example was launching an accelerated career development program, helping professionals in underrepresented communities take senior/ leadership roles within the organization. Lending direct mentorship and growth opportunities to his team has significantly helped Mishra diversify his Channel Business Team, expanding the presence of women leaders in senior roles.
“Inclusion matters because the more that individuals feel accepted and welcomed, they are more likely to share their ideas uninhibitedly and collaboratively go an extra mile leading to better outcomes for both the individuals as well as the organization,” Mishra said.
