    2. the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead

    4. you have objected to processing, and the verification whether our legitimate interests override yours is pending.

12. What is the process for reporting a privacy-related breach or exercising my rights or sending complaints / grievances / questions?

Any individual who suspects that a personal data breach has occurred due to the theft or exposure of personal data shall immediately notify the Data Protection Office providing a description of what occurred. Notification of the incident can be made via e-mail privacy@quantiphi.com.
The Data Protection Office shall investigate all reported incidents to confirm whether a personal data breach has occurred. If a personal data breach is confirmed, the Data Protection Office shall follow the relevant authorized procedure based on the criticality and quantity of the personal data involved.

13. Changes to the Policy

This policy is effective as of the approved date. We reserve the right to update or change this policy at any time, and we will provide you with the updated policy when we make any substantial updates at the earliest either through email or by providing a prominent policy of change on the website.
